What is a Community Aged Care Package (CACP)?
CACP is a service designed to assist older people to live at home with independence, confidence and support. Every one has different needs and our services change as your needs change.
What is provided in a CACP package of services?
A CACPs package may include assistance with any of the following:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Visiting & socialising
- Outings & shopping
- Hobbies & favourite pastimes
- Pre-booked transport (within the Ballina Shire only)
- Correspondence & banking
- Home help & laundry
- In-home espite
- Lawn care
- Pet care

What does it cost?
The weekly fee is determined by Department of Health and Ageing guidelines, and what you can afford.
