- Worker’s Compensation clients
- Private Health Insurance clients
- Anyone living in the community
We accept referrals from:
- Doctors, specialists
- Hospitals, care facilities
- Allied health professionals and,
- Of course… YOU!
Our rights and responsibilities are:
- to treat all clients with respect and dignity
- to withdraw service if there is a perceived or actual physical or verbal abuse
- to access client notes at any time and to have them returned to us on discharge
- to follow up any complaint and take appropriate action regarding any complaint
Your rights and responsibilities are:
- to be involved in planning your care
- to have your care delivered by appropriately qualified staff
- to refuse care at any time
- to question your planned care
- to express dissatisfaction with any staff member, or the care you receive, and expect appropriate action to be taken to ensure you are available at the agreed time/s negotiated with Crowley Sherwood Nursing Service
